Zippy Toys purchases made on the website have a 14 day return policy. Please see instructions that came with your order for details how to start the return policy. Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded the value of the merchandise. Any shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was wrong or was not working when it was received.
